Booking Conditions
- All prices are inclusive of VAT.
- All prices shown are applicable at the time of booking and are not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
- Single occupancy prices are based on one person per room.
- Double room prices are based on two people sharing a room.
- Check-in is from 3.00 pm.
- Check-out is by 11.00 am, except by prior arrangement. Late check-outs may be subject to an additional charge.
- We regret that we are unable to accept pets.
- The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner throughout the week.
- If you would like to eat in the restaurant please book a table in advance to avoid disappointment.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the hotel.
Cancellation Policy
Seven days notice prior to 3.00 pm on day of check in is required for cancellation of rooms. If the room is cancelled after this time and the room is re-let, no charge will be made. If the hotel is unable to re-let the room, a charge will be made equal to the total cost, less deductions: For bookings on a bed and breakfast basis the deductions would usually be (per night) £10.00 for cleaning and £14.95 per person for breakfast; on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis the deductions would usually be (per night) £10.00 for cleaning, £14.95 per person for breakfast, and £34.00 per person for dinner. Where a booking is made via an agent and commission on that booking is due, the full price agreed with the agent at the time of booking will be charged.
No charge is made for the cancellation of a restaurant booking except in the case of large parties, Christmas party bookings, Christmas Day bookings, New Year’s Eve Bookings and any other bookings where a deposit has been taken. In these instances only, the deposit given at the time of booking will be forfeited but no further charge will be made.
Online Reservations
Please note that as online reservations are made through a third party, any deposits paid are non-refundable.
Liability
Guests' liability for their account is not waived and guests agree to be held personally liable in the event that any indicated person, group, company or association fails to pay all or part of any charges incurred.
