Wendy Brown
Wendy Brown has joined the kitchen team as chef de partie.  Wendy, a South African who has lived in the UK for several years studied catering at colleges in both countries before beginning work as a chef.  Most recently she worked at a four-star, 1-rosette hotel in St. Albans.
